My daughter bought a car and an extended warranty. A few months after the purchase the timing chain went bad and destroyed the motor. The warranty company didn’t want to pay for the total repair. I contacted the owner, Jeff, and he put me in touch with Phil. Phil immediately got involved and went above and beyond. At the end of the day the warranty company honored the warranty and replaced the motor in the car. I firmly believe that if it was not for Jeff and Phil we would have been in trouble. I can’t say enough great things about the service that was provided to us after the sale when we needed them the most!
